NEAL is an exclusive group of ethical leaders committed to the common good of Africa. Their goal is to bring about positive change by taking on leadership roles in the public and private sectors, championing ethical business practices, engaging in mentorship, and influencing public policies. NEAL members remain connected with CSAAE and each other for life, and are known as Effective African Leaders. They work together to shape the future of Africa, for the good of all.

CSAAE’s Immersion Year Program is a 6-month immersive ethical leadership training program designed to equip and position participants for transformational leadership in Africa and beyond. After completing the Immersion Year, graduates join the Network of Effective African Leaders (NEAL), a lifelong community that supports and connects leaders for the benefit of Africa. NEAL offers opportunities for ongoing leadership development, collaboration, and impact.
Eligibility
Must be a Nigerian
Must be between the age of 18 – 35
Must be in the University or graduated from a recognized University
Must be ready to commit 3 hours weekly for Virtual training.
